Terms of Service

By creating an account on KorvinAI or using any of our services, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KorvinAI. If you use KorvinAI on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of that company.

KorvinAI is an intelligent assistance platform that provides productivity tools powered by artificial intelligence, including:

• —AI-assisted response suggestions and communication
• —Real-time text translation
• —Organization and tagging of contact information
• —Smart reminders and planning
• —Weekly content planning
• —Activity analysis and statistics tools

The service is provided through an overlay architecture: a layer of tools that complements the platforms you already use without replacing or modifying them.

• —You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• —You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• —You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• —An account is linked to a primary device for security reasons
• —You may not transfer your account to another person

KorvinAI offers three plans:

• —Free: basic access with usage limitations
• —Basic ($12/month): expanded features with moderate limits
• —Pro ($22/month): full access to all features

Payments are processed securely through certified payment processors. We accept credit/debit cards and cryptocurrencies.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

By using KorvinAI, you agree not to do any of the following:

• —Use the service for illegal activities or activities that violate the terms of the platforms you access
• —Attempt to bypass the service's security measures
• —Share your account with other people
• —Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• —Generate content that promotes hate, violence, or harassment
• —Use the service for spam or unsolicited mass communications
• —Intentionally overload our infrastructure

We evaluate each refund request individually. Refunds are not automatic; they require analysis of the specific case.

6.1 Cases eligible for refund

• —Verifiable duplicate charge due to a technical error
• —Incorrect plan activation due to an error on our platform
• —Request within the first 7 calendar days from activation, with minimal use of the service

6.2 Non-eligible cases

• —Requests made after 7 days from activation
• —Significant use of the contracted plan's features
• —Violation of the terms of service
• —Automatic renewals (you must cancel before the renewal period)
• —Change of mind without verifiable technical cause

6.3 Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by technical nature. Refunds for crypto payments are evaluated individually and, if approved, are processed in equivalent stablecoins, not in the original cryptocurrency.

6.4 How to request a refund

KorvinAI is a digital service. Upon completing your payment, your plan activation occurs immediately and automatically in your account.

• —There are no waiting times, manual processing, or shipping of physical items

KorvinAI and all associated content, code, design, and technology are the exclusive property of KorvinAI. By using the service, you do not acquire any ownership rights over the software.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these terms. This license terminates automatically if you violate the terms.

Content you generate using KorvinAI's tools (suggestions, plans, etc.) belongs to you. KorvinAI does not claim rights over your content.

Use of KorvinAI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By accepting these terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. We recommend reading it to fully understand how we handle your data.

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily interrupt the service for:

• —Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance when possible)
• —Urgent security updates
• —Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, third-party failures)

Planned interruptions of more than 4 hours will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KorvinAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.

We may modify these terms occasionally. When we do:

• —We will notify material changes by email 30 days in advance
• —The 'Last updated' date at the top of the document will be updated
• —Continued use of the service after the notification period implies acceptance

You can terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from settings.

KorvinAI may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of serious security violations.

Upon account termination, your access to the service ceases and associated data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Colombia, complemented by applicable international digital consumer protection regulations depending on the user's location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by Colombian e-commerce regulations.
